On January 08, 2026 Virat Services had the opportunity to present a seminar titled “QMS – A Necessity or a Luxury?” at Jamnagar Tech-Fest 2026. The session was led by our Senior Consultant, Mr. Oza Devashish, and addressed a question many industries quietly face:
“If a company is capable, why can’t customers always rely on it?”
The session explored the critical difference between capability and reliability, emphasizing that long-term customer trust is built not only on skills — but on systems.

The seminar concluded by revisiting the central question — Is QMS a necessity or a luxury? — followed by an engaging Q&A session. Participants were also invited to complete a self-assessment to evaluate the maturity level of QMS within their organizations.
